Dscans is a mobile document scanning application that allows you to capture, edit, organize, and export documents using your device's camera. All processing is performed locally on your device.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to scan and store the documents you process
- Maintaining the security of your device and any exported files
- Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Dscans. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, damage, or other issues arising from the use of the App. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important documents.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described therein.
7. App Updates
We may release updates that include bug fixes, new features, or changes to existing functionality. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
